Still
For people who can't switch off.
I help founders, engineers, and anyone whose mind won't stop running find 30 minutes of real quiet. Built around whatever's actually going on for you that day.
> Book a sessionThe problem, named plainly
Your work doesn't stop when the laptop closes. Deadlines follow you into the evening. Notifications follow you into bed.
You've tried apps — the same ten-minute recording, on repeat, going nowhere.
This is different. It's a real conversation, then a practice built for that exact moment. Not a script.
How it works
Three steps. No forms, nothing to prepare.
-
01
We talk for a few minutes.
What's actually stressing you out this week — a launch, a deadline, burnout, a mind that won't quiet down. No judgment, no forms to fill out first.
-
02
I guide you through a practice made for that.
Not generic. Built on the spot, for what you told me.
-
03
You leave with something you can use again.
A breath, a phrase, a way back to quiet — something small enough to carry into your next meeting.
Who this is for
- Founders carrying the whole company in their head
- Engineers buried in a sprint that won't end
- Anyone quietly burning out and not sure who to tell
- People who've tried meditation apps and bounced off them
- Anyone who just needs 30 minutes where their brain isn't sprinting
About me
chiang mai, thailand · sessions held over an audio call
I started taking meditation seriously in 2018 — not as a trend, but as something I actually needed. In 2019, I practiced at Suan Mokkh International Dharma Hermitage. In 2020, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, stayed for another year, and began guiding meditation at Wonderland, a healing center on Koh Phangan.
I've held onto the practice ever since, using it to ease up my own brain first, and guiding others to do the same.

30 minutes. 1:1. Over an audio call, wherever you're comfortable.
Each session starts with a short check-in, then moves into a guided practice built around what you're carrying that day.
One honest note
This is 30 minutes of guided meditation — not therapy, and not medical or mental health treatment. It's a small practice, not a substitute for professional care.
If you're already working with a doctor or therapist, keep doing that — this sits alongside it, not instead of it. You know your own mind best, so please take what's useful here and leave the rest, rather than reading too much into any one session.
If what you're carrying feels bigger than 30 minutes can hold, please reach out to a mental health professional or a crisis line in your area.
A few honest answers
I've never meditated before. Is that okay?
Yes — most people who book haven't. There's nothing to get right.
What if I just want to talk, not "meditate"?
That's still meditation, in a sense. We start with talking either way.
Can I do this in person if I'm in Chiang Mai?
Sessions are held over an audio call — it tends to work better that way. You can stay wherever you feel most comfortable, instead of having to travel or sit in an unfamiliar space.
What language do you teach in?
English and Thai.
You don't need another app.
You need 30 minutes that's actually yours.
