About

I grew up on a farm in Thailand, where things had to work, not just look good. Later I spent years in customer service, learning what people actually need underneath what they say they want. Somewhere in between, meditation taught me to slow down and pay attention — really pay attention — to what's in front of me. In 2019 I practiced at Suan Mokkh International Dharma Hermitage. I'm bilingual in Thai and English, which I've come to think of as its own kind of listening. Joule Kasima is where all of that turns into something practical: Still, Thai Talk Breaks, and whatever's next. Based in Chiang Mai.
